Terms and Conditions of Sales.

1. Minimum order is $250.00. All sales are final. Consignment allowed.*
2. All claims/returns must be approved and must be made no later than 15 days after receipt of order. 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns unless prior arrangements were made.
3. All return merchandise must be in its original box. No returns of worn or self-damaged items acceptable. No returns for special orders.
4. 1.5% monthly FINANCE CHARGE will be billed on past due account.
5. Customer to pay all costs incurred in collecting past due account.
6. We accept VISA, MASTER, and American Express.
7. Prices are subject to change without notice.

* Sales MUST exceed 30% of the inventory kept on hand. For example, if you have $1,000.00 worth of Womar Glass product, we expect to collect minimum of $300.00 monthly.
